If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a refund. Please see below for terms:
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, full name & details of the product you would like to return.
On receipt of your request we will email you with a unique returns number (URN). Returns should be sent to: Sinclair Fulfilment Ltd, International House, 24 Holborn Viaduct, London, England, EC1A 2BN.
Parcel up the item you would like to return, including all packaging, instruction manuals & accessories etc. Items returned without full packaging, accessories etc may be subject to restocking charges.
Please ensure you package the item you are returning securely, we also recommend you send your return using a traceable, insured service. Sinclair Fulfilment Ltd cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.
The URN must be displayed clearly on the back of the parcel along with your order number and a return address.
As soon as we receive your returned item we will confirm receipt via email & process the refund back to the card used to make the original purchase. Funds should appear back in your account within 5-7 days of the confirmation email.
All refunds will be exclusive of shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched but before you receive it, do not unpack the item on receipt. Simply return it to us for a refund using the steps above.
If the item you would like to return was purchased through an independent retailer, please contact the place of purchase to arrange a refund. Sinclair Fulfilment Ltd can only deal with refunds or replacements on products that were purchased direct through our online store.
We cannot accept returns of customized products unless items are faulty.
